Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American actor and performer whose performance variety earned her acclaim across many genres from period drama to thrillers and action. Johansson grew up living in New York City as the daughter an architect and the owner of a production company. She was the twin sister of Hunter as well as her mother were the youngest siblings. By the time she was seven, her interest in acting had grown. She started to audition for commercials. She became interested in acting quickly, and she was immediately in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. In the age of eight, she starred alongside Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry and, at the age of nine she made her first film appearance in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson then appeared on screen in Just Cause, but she was first seen in Manny & Lo, a film about orphaned siblings who escape. The Horse Whisperer (2000) the film in which she played the role of a teenage girl who has a deformity because of an accident earned the film critical acclaim. Then in Ghost World 2001 (as the teenager who is a cynical outcast Rebecca) Johansson was awarded the attention of a whole new generation. Smith became well-known for her character Nell Jones, the CBS successful series NCIS Los Angeles. The award-winning actress has been among the principal actors on the series. Aside from appearing in the show, she's also an experienced stage actress. Her stage performances include one of the most memorable performance, such as in Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith entered the world of entertainment as a child. When she was a kid, she became interested in acting. With the help of her parents Smith got her first role in the acting world in the age of 6. She was a part of a television commercial for Dannon yogurt. Like many actresses who are new choose to pursue, she decided to build her talents in the theatre. In addition to other projects around the USA she also made her stage debut with Wildflower. Her education was in the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
